Nittei Taro is a simple scheduling tool for coordinating meetings, events, get-togethers and more — free and with no sign-up. Just create candidate dates and share the generated URL; participants reply to each option with ○ (yes), △ (maybe), or × (no), all without creating an account. Responses are tallied automatically so the best date stands out at a glance.

No sign-up, completely free
No account or login required. Just share the generated URL and both organizers and participants can start right away. There are no fees whatsoever.
Flexible time slots
Choose from four granularities: full day, half day (AM/PM), hourly, or custom. From rough day-level coordination to fine-grained time slots, it adapts to your needs.
Detailed custom slots
Freely set start/end times and intervals, and build each slot label with commands. Insert breaks, generate several slots at the same time, and add tags.
Exclude weekdays & holidays
Exclude specific weekdays (such as weekends) or individual holidays from the adjustment period in bulk. Fewer irrelevant candidates make it easier to respond.
Clear tallies & auto-highlight
See everyone’s responses in a "participants × dates" table. The date with the most ○ is highlighted automatically, so the best option stands out at a glance.
Filter by tags & conditions
Filter the displayed dates by conditions like "all ○" or "all ○/△", or by the tags on each slot. Find the slots you want quickly, even for events with many candidates.
Add notes to △
For "△ (maybe)" you can add a note (reason) such as "works if it’s this time slot." Share helpful context for coordination, not just yes/no.
CSV / Excel export
Download the tallied results as CSV or Excel. Handy for pasting into minutes or reusing in other tools.
PIN-protected editing
Adding or removing dates and managing participants are protected by the edit PIN you set at creation. Sharing is safe because the share URL and edit rights are separate.
Auto-deletion by scheduled date
Set a deletion date (up to 4 months out) at creation; after that date the data is deleted automatically. No unwanted information lingers.
