What is Nittei Taro?
Nittei Taro is a scheduling tool for meetings, events, and get-togethers — free, with no sign-up. Pick your candidate dates and time granularity in the form above, and a share URL for your participants is issued on the spot.
Participants need no account and no app. They open the URL they received and pick ○ (yes), △ (maybe), or × (no) for each option. Responses are tallied automatically, so the date that works best for everyone stands out at a glance.
Three steps to use it

Create your candidate dates
Enter an event name and the period you want to coordinate, choose the time granularity (full day, half day, hourly, or custom), set an edit PIN, and create.

Send the share URL
Creating the event issues a URL for participants. Paste it into a chat or email — whoever receives it can open it without signing up.

Decide from the tallied replies
As participants answer with ○/△/×, replies are tallied automatically and the date with the most ○ is highlighted. Results can be exported to CSV or Excel.

From whole days to time slots
Full day, half day, and hourly options, plus custom slots where you set the start, end, and interval — useful for interviews and lesson scheduling.
Leave out dates you do not need
Exclude weekdays such as weekends, or individual days off, from the candidates — so participants only see options that matter.
Results at a glance
Every reply lines up in a "participants × dates" table, and the date with the most ○ is highlighted. You can also filter by conditions or tags.
Sharing and editing stay separate
Adding or removing dates and managing participants are protected by the PIN you set at creation, so sharing the URL widely never puts your settings at risk.
Deleted automatically when due
Past the deletion date you set (up to four months out), the event and its responses are deleted automatically. Nothing lingers after you are done.
