Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of Nittei Taro (the "Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to them.

1. Conditions of use
The Service is free to use and requires no account. Anyone may use it, whether as an event organizer or a participant.
The devices, software, and network connection needed to use the Service are your own responsibility and expense.
2. Share URLs and edit PINs
Creating an event issues a share URL for that event. Anyone who knows the URL can view the event and its responses and submit their own. Deciding who to share it with is up to you.
Adding or removing dates and managing participants require the edit PIN set at creation. The PIN cannot be shown again or reissued, and keeping it safe is your responsibility.
3. Prohibited conduct
The following are prohibited when using the Service.
- Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
- Conduct connected with criminal activity
- Infringing the rights or interests of other users, third parties, or the operator
- Impersonating another person
- Interfering with the operation of the Service, or placing an excessive load on its servers or network
- Modifying the Service without authorization, or reverse-engineering it
- Creating large numbers of events by automated means
- Entering a third party’s personal or sensitive information without their consent
- Any other conduct the operator deems inappropriate
Where we determine that prohibited conduct has occurred, we may delete events or restrict access without prior notice.
4. Retention and deletion of data
Once the deletion date set at creation (up to four months from the creation date) has passed, an event is deleted automatically together with all related data. Deleted data cannot be restored.
For anything important, please do not rely on the Service as your only copy — export to CSV / Excel or keep a record elsewhere as needed.
5. Changes, suspension, and termination
The operator may change the content of the Service, or suspend or discontinue it, without prior notice to users.
Provision of the Service may be interrupted temporarily for maintenance, system failures, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances.
6. Disclaimers
The operator makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service or its behavior.
The operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, for loss of data, for information exposed through a leaked share URL, or for damages arising from interruption or discontinuation of the Service.
Disputes arising between users through the Service are to be resolved between the parties concerned.
7. Advertising
The Service may display advertisements from third-party networks. The operator is not responsible for the content of those ads or for any dealings on an advertiser’s website.

8. Intellectual property
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service belong to the operator or the rightful holders.
Rights in the content you enter into the Service remain with you or the rightful holder. The operator uses it only as necessary to provide the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
The operator may revise these terms where deemed necessary. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any dispute concerning the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan in the first instance.
