Operator
The Service is planned, developed, and operated by Koyohi as an individual project, not a company.
It is provided free of charge, with no paid plans and nothing to purchase. Running costs are covered by the advertising shown on the site.
What the Service does
The Service is a web tool for coordinating dates for meetings, events, and get-togethers. You create an event without signing up and send the generated share URL to your participants, who answer each option with ○ (yes), △ (maybe), or × (no). Responses are tallied automatically so the best date is easy to see.
It supports candidates from whole days down to time slots, excluding weekdays and holidays, filtering by tags or conditions, exporting to CSV / Excel, protection with an edit PIN, and automatic deletion of data once the deletion date has passed.
How it is run
The Service is built around holding only what scheduling actually requires, and making sure it disappears once it is no longer needed. It asks for no account and collects no contact details such as email addresses. Events are deleted automatically once the deletion date set at creation (up to four months out) has passed.

Please note that a lost edit PIN cannot be reissued or looked up by the operator.
